2 day-ride in the Catalan Pyrenees (Girona)

Day 1
Departure
We will meet at the horse riding center.
There we will choose and prepare the horses and organize the material and we will start the route.
Upon leaving the riding center, we will head to the mountain shelter. The route will be about 28 kilometers, and we will pass through roads, trails and rivers.
Lunch
Before reaching the shelter where we will spend the night, we will make a stop for lunch and continue on to visit some high mountain fields located at about 2,000 meters above the sea level.
Shelter
Upon arriving at the shelter, we will set up a fence for the horses to spend the night, tidy all the material and prepare their food.
We will leave the sleeping material in the room. Dinner will be served at 7:30 PM. At the shelter, if you want, you can buy drinks and snacks (not included in the route price).
Day 2
Departure
We will wake up early and have breakfast at the shelter.
The return route will be about 20 kilometers. After gathering and preparing the horses, we will begin the route heading towards the horse riding center.
Arrival
The estimated time of arrival at the horse riding center will be between 3:00 and 5:00 PM, depending on the pace and timings.
Material Needed
Riding material
Riding helmet (we can offer them).
Riding boots/sturdy.
Long pants or riding breeches.
Riding gloves for a better grip on the reins.
Backpack or saddle bags.
Material for the route
Water bottle.
Snacks and a sandwich for day 1 and 2.
Sunscreen.
Insect repellent.
Shirt or t-shirt.
Fleece lining, or light coat.
Hat or cap for sun protection.
Extra pair of socks for each day.
Long trousers/jeans.
Headlamp.
Raincoat and waterproof clothing.
Light sleeping bag.
Toilet kit.
We recommend dressing in earth and ocher tones. By choosing natural colors, you can blend perfectly with the environment and obtain classic and timeless photos.
Price
The price of the route is 350€ per person, the groups are of minimum 4 people, you can come alone or with someone else, the price includes:
Horseback riding guide.
Horses.
Horse saddle and bridle.
Dinner and breakfast.
Night at the shelter.
Transport of luggage to the shelter.
A non-refundable price per person will be charged for the reservation.
All the services related to the route and the client will be contracted directly with the Hípica Prats II (with address at Carrer del Molí S/n, 25721 Prats, Lleida), both the rental of the horses and the accompanying guide, contracted directly by the Hípica Prats II, so the Hípica Prats II is responsible for any incident related to the hiring of horses, damages and losses of the clients of the route and their insurance will directly respond.
